George was great to work with. He made the process very easy and the permit got approved first try. I would recommend George to anyone looking for a painless project design and permit process.

George did all drawings and granted permits for a secondary basement unit. I am very happy with the service, the constant follow ups and making sure we have guidance throughout construction phase.
Highly recommended.

We engaged Atlas Designs to assist with a residential alteration to an existing building (floor plan changes, permit submission). From start to finish, the team was highly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about municipal permit requirements. Thanks to their expertise, we successfully secured our building permit without any major delays or issues.

We wholeheartedly recommend Atlas Designs for any residential permit/alteration project and also architectural designs. There are amazing.

Atlas Designs provided the architectural drawings and permit application for our front porch rebuild. George was fast, responsive and professional. Our permit got approved just as quickly! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience working with Atlas Designs to obtain a building permit. George was always responsive, patient and willing to help. He listened to my ideas, but also brought his own, better ones. He revised the drawings when I asked to change them and answered all my questions repeatedly. He completed his work on time and always communicated clearly and promptly. I highly recommend working with George!
